Tom began his career as a network engineer working for companies such as Comcast, Sungard and Siemens. When he entered into the industry he dedicated most of his time and energy to his job, and made himself available all hours of the day to effectively conduct his work. After ten years in the industry, and making the decision with his wife to raise a family, he chose to go into a new career path, Property Management, with the intention of giving himself more time to devote to his family.
After earning his Real Estate license in 2005, he and his wife acquired a small residential real estate portfolio and created his own Property Management company. He then went on to work for other property management companies and managed various types of real estate properties such as trailer developments, apartment complexes, commercial, industrial, retail, air cargo and office space.
Tom built his career on a customer centric approach. He has been able to convey this approach to customers by working with them face to face and making himself available to travel regularly to meet with them. Tom conveys a message of positive and works with customers to establish personal connections. Through these qualities and Tom’s incredible work ethic and dedication, he has been able to effectively manage 7.5 million sq./ft. of properties that span across; Pennsylvania; New Jersey; New York; Maryland; Virginia; Florida.
Thomas is a Licensed Real Estate Broker serving Pennsylvania, Maryland, New York, Massachusetts, Georgia, Virginia, Hawaii, Florida, North Carolina, and New Jersey. With extensive multi-state experience, he provides strategic guidance, market insight, and seamless execution across every transaction, with a primary focus on Commercial Property Management and real estate brokerage consulting services for like-minded real estate professionals. When Tom is not working, he, his wife, and three sons enjoy warm weather outdoor experiences, such as fishing, camping, boating and the beach.
